A partner in the firm, Mr. Woolsey is a Certified Family Law Specialist and has been a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys since 1998. He was named a Super Lawyer by Indianapolis Monthly magazine in 2006, 2007, 2008, and participates regularly as a lecturer and author on family issues for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum and the Indianapolis Bar Association. His most recent presentations include a review of recent changes to Indiana's custody relocation statute and a discussion of family law trends and developments. An Indiana certified family law mediator since 1996, Mr. Woolsey also has extensive experience representing clients before the Indiana Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of Wabash College, magna cum laude, with distinction in psychology, and in 1984 he received his law degree from Indiana University. He served as law clerk to Magistrate J. Patrick Endsley, United States Federal District Court, for two years, and has limited his practice to family law for the last 20 years. Mr. Woolsey lives with his wife and three children in Fishers, Indiana, where he serves as president of the Fishers Metropolitan Fire Merit Board and as advocate for the Knights of Columbus Council #6923.
